Honour a loved one who has passed by making a donation to Cabrini Foundation. A donation to Cabrini Foundation can be made in memory of a friend or relative who has passed away. It is a beautiful way to honour someone’s life and keep their legacy alive.
There are a few ways you can give in a loved one’s memory. You can set up an online page in memory of your loved one or alternatively you can make a donation to the Cabrini Foundation in memory of a loved one using the donation form below.
We can also provide In Memoriam envelopes at the funeral of a loved one in lieu of floral tributes and provide the family with a follow up thank you letter. In Memoriam envelopes can be requested using the link below or by calling the Foundation office on 03 9508 1380.
A particular program or area of the hospital can be nominated to be the recipient of In Memoriam gifts. Donations $2 or more are tax-deductible.
