June & Neville Smith Hybrid Theatre opens

The newly upgraded June & Neville Smith Hybrid Theatre was re-opened in March with the first procedures conducted by Vascular Surgeon, DrCharles Milne.

Kerry Bateman, Nurse Director of Perioperative Services, says the upgraded theatre demonstrates Cabrini's commitment to providing exceptional care using the latest technology.

"Our first procedures in the new Hybrid Theatre included angiograms, arterial stents and complex vein procedures. The theatre is often fully booked with many specialist doctors excited to use the latest technology," she said.
