Saving precious lives – Veronica’s legacy to cancer patients and their families

This week is Law Week (Monday 16 – Sunday 22 May), which is the perfect time to review your Will and estate plans, get access to free information and seminars, and even consider including Cabrini in your Will.

Through gifts in Wills, Cabrini has been able to deliver on-going exceptional treatment and care, and have the latest equipment and facilities to care for our community.

One such person was the late Veronica Choo Neo Png, who left a gift to Cabrini in her Will as a way of showing gratitude for the care she received when undergoing treatment for pancreatic ca

ncer and to help others in the future.

Veronica knew her time was limited, but wanted she wanted to put in place a legacy that would really count.

Her generous bequest has been used to establish a pancreatic and upper gastrointestinal cancer registry. Her gift is also funding Cabrini’s Music and Art Therapy programs, providing great comfort and joy to patients, their families and staff.

You can read more about her healthcare legacy here

Once family is taken care of, we hope you will consider Cabrini in your Will as a partner in your life journey, an ally in your healthcare and the future of your family.
