In May last year we asked our donors for support towards the purchase of a new transperineal ultrasound machine.

 

This life-changing machine is vital during biopsies for suspected urological cancers, particularly prostate and kidney cancers.

 

We were overwhelmed with the generous support of our community and we want to thank each and every one of our supporters for making a donation to this important equipment.

 

In addition to this purchase, our supplier matched the donation, gifting Cabrini a second ultrasound.

 

This means we can double the number of patients we are treating with urological cancers.
